A new face

Real Estate Rente proved the value of the concept: sell first, engineer later.
When we got together to develop their brand and build a professional presence on the web, the company already had a yearly revenue stream of
over 3 million € in sales. Without a website, without a logo. They did it on paper, before they brought in the technology. And they did it for real.

Our challenge was to create an accessible brand identity that allows the company to resonate with their target audience and demonstrate their high quality of work. The next steps were to create a simple, yet beautiful, website that connects with their prospects and develop their print material, which has  to be effective in the training of new employees and potential clients at the same time.

Real Estate Rente is all about the direct contact to their clients and employees. Their web presence is only another means to an end. The real business is happening in the real world and that justifies the importance
of their number one sales tool: "The Folder".

The Folder is an informational booklet, a sales method and a training tool at the same time. We revisited The Folder and upgraded the document with a clean, stylish look that is congruent with the company's new brand. We simplified the design and copywriting, while maintaining the integrity of their proven formula for successful selling.

We also added a few lines of original literature to give it a finishing touch.
